Systems Integration

Broadcast studios and production control rooms are complex, and require many different systems working together. That takes a lot of planning and experience. We've built a few control rooms and studios, and we can help you with yours.

Event Nerds, Technically!

No need to copy off of our test this time, we are on your team. Producing a successful live event can be complex. We provide end-to-end technical and production resources that your project requires to be successful.

Production Control Rooms

The brain of any broadcast studio is the control room. Vision mixers, graphics systems, control panels, multiviewers. We have experience with most brands (Blacmkagic, Ross, Tricaster, vMix) and workflows (SDI, NDI, SMPTE 2110).

Audio Suites

Audio suites a challenge as well, with a lot of different systems that need to work together. We have experience with most major brands of audio equipment, and we can help you with your audio workflow.

Video

Production switchers like the ATEM, Cabonite, Tricaster are the brains of the equipment rack, but there are other components like routers, CCU control, multiviewers. We've built a few and learned some things.

Video Walls

We were early adopters of using video walls in broadcast productions, and so we've had a lot of experience shooting with them. There are some tricks of the trade that can make a big difference in the final product, and the budget. If you are interested in putting a video wall in your studio, let's talk about the options.

Cameras

Selection of cameras is part of a build-out, because it dictates other aspects of studio design including signal flow. Are you shooting against LED video walls? There are some things that are often overlooked that are important to consider.

Studio Floor & Set Design

Set building changed a lot recently. More of our clients are asking for LED video walls as big parts of their sets, and that requires some specialized experience that we have. We also have people that can design and build traditional set peices, swing hammers, and paint.

Signal Routing

We're at a point where we can't just run a bunch of SDI cables anymore. We have to think about IP (NDI, Dante, SMPTE 2110), and we have to think about how we're going to get signal from one place to another. 12G 4k vs 6G 4k or even 3G 1080p has some major implications on how we manage signal.

Equipment Sales

We are a reseller of most major brands of audio and video equipment. Blackmagic Design, Yamaha, Shure, Sennheiser, Green Go. Pretty much anything your can get from B&H we can get for you. We're competitive with pricing and can take corporate POs

Edit Bays

Davinci Resolve, Premier, AVID, Final Cut. We can help you build out your edit bays with the right computers, storage, monitoring, and control surfaces to make your post-production teams happy.

Intercom Systems

Intercom is one of the most important yet overlooked parts of a broadcast studio. It can be intimidating for even an EIC to feel comfortale with some of the more complex intercom systems. We're big fans of IP-based Green Go for value, capability and flexibility, but we also work with Clearcom, RTS, and Riedel and even Unity & cloud-based tools.

Lighting

It is easy to spend a lot and not get the right lighting package for the kinds of production you're likely to do. We've got some really great lighting designers and directors that can help put a solid package that is flexible and easy to operate.

Been There, Done That.

We've racked up a lot of frequent flier miles, supporting great events.
